You need to reset your license when moving your product installation to a different domain or server. This deactivates the license from the current domain so you can activate it on a new one.
The reset counter automatically resets every 30 days. If you need additional resets before the period ends, please submit a support ticket for assistance.
Each license is limited to 1 active domain at a time. To use it on a different domain, you must reset the license first to deactivate it from the current domain.
After performing a reset, you must wait 24 hours before you can reset again. This helps prevent abuse while giving you flexibility to manage your installations.
